Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable, except as described in this Refund Policy. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time or partial billing periods. By subscribing, you agree that: • Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled in advance. • You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date. • Forgetting to cancel is not grounds for a refund.
2. Free Trials & Renewals
If a free trial is offered: • You will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. • Charges after trial expiration are non-refundable.
3. Eligible Refunds
You may request a refund only if: • You were charged by mistake, and • We confirm that the charge was not triggered by your active subscription, or • The service experienced a verified technical issue that prevented usage, and • Our support team was unable to resolve the problem. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge. AI-generated content quality, unexpected results, or preference changes are not valid grounds for refunds.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for: • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with AI responses • Forgetting to cancel before renewal • Account misuse or violation of Terms of Service • Inability to use the product due to device or network issues • Subscription time already used • Promotional or discounted purchases
5. App Store / Third-Party Purchases
If you subscribed through: • Apple App Store • Google Play • Other third-party platforms Refunds must follow their billing and refund rules. We cannot process refunds for purchases we do not bill directly.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in: • Account suspension • Termination of access • Loss of eligibility for future refunds We strongly encourage you to contact us before opening a dispute.
7. How to Request a Refund
